Sr. Manager, Finance - Añasco

Support cost accounting or general accounting processes for special projects related activities. Coordinate and manage the job of assigned team members. Perform month end closing activities. Review, analyze and monthly report manufacturing variances (Material, Spending, Labor) and/or budget vs actual spending variances). Gather financial data (e.g., scrap, volume, labor costs) and analyze it. Assist with the forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP) and Strat Plan. Balance sheet reconciliations. Support general and cost accounting reports (e.g., Volume/Absorption, Labor Hours). Identify areas of improvement and propose recommendations to management. Business partnering with manufacturing and support areas. Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement projects (e.g., automation, waste elimination).Requisitos:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field with 4 years of previous experience in Cost Accounting and/or General Accounting, required; or master's degree or equivalent in related field, preferred. Strict attention to detail and superb analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required; integrated systems preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills. Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish and English. (Professional Services Contract until Dec. 31, 2024) 191212
