Job Details: 1:1 Nursing in patient's home 23yr old with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastrostomy, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Straight catheterization, VP shunt Monday overnight shifts: 11pm-9am One or two Sundays per month: 4:45pm-12am Some additional shifts available (Fridays) Patient-specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Requirements: Some experience with tracheostomy & ventilator required NYS Nursing licensure required Must be computer literate Completion of onboarding required prior to training Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed Must have malpractice insurance Compensation: Sign on bonus starting at $1,250* $50/hr Benefits: Competitive compensation Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and working in high need areas Paid Vacation & Sick time Paid Major Holidays Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing skills labs Flexible work hours & scheduling 1:1 Working environment 24 Hour Support Retirement savings program 401k Available Health Insurance Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits Referral Bonus & Incentive Programs Remote onboarding available
