Job Details: 1:1 Nursing 34yr old with Gastrostomy, Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Straight catheterization, Tracheostomy, Ventilator Tues & Fri: 8am-4pm & Sun: 2pm-12am in patient's home Patient-specific training provided Other cases available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Requirements: Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required NYS Nursing licensure required Must be computer literate Completion of onboarding required prior to training Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed Compensation: Sign on bonus starting at $1,250* $42/hr Benefits: Competitive compensation Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and working in high need areas Paid Vacation & Sick time Paid Major Holidays Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing skills labs Flexible work hours & scheduling 1:1 Working environment 24 Hour Support Retirement savings program 401k Available Health Insurance Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits Referral Bonus & Incentive Programs Remote onboarding available
