We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting concentration preferred.5+ years of experience in real estate or private equity industry (7 years preferred).Experience with real estate funds/debt funds and fair value financial reporting preferred.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and manage variable workloads.CPA license and public accounting experience preferred.Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and experience with Yardi software.
