***THE HOURS FOR THIS JOB ARE 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM MONDAY - THURSDAY***
The Custodial positions are an essential part of the production team. We cannot maintain the high quality of parts without maintaining a clean facility to work in. It is the responsibility of this team to maintain the high level of cleanliness facility wide. This includes but is not limited to; Sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and communicating supply levels to supervisor. This also includes ALL areas and workspaces in the facility (inside and outside).

- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures.
- Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles.
- Performing minor repairs.
- Keeping buildings free from indoor pests.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Resilient to cleaning agents and chemicals.

Working Conditions
- The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions
but not necessarily from temperature changes.
- The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside.
- The worker is subject to extreme cold: Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of
more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental
conditions such as wind and humidity.
- The worker is subject to extreme heat: Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more
than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions
such as wind and humidity.
- The worker is subject to noise: There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order
to be heard above the ambient noise level.
- The worker is subject to vibration: Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or
whole body.
- The worker is subject to hazards: Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity
to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and

Physical Requirements
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Standing - required to stand on his/her feet in an upright position for continuous
periods of time.
- Walking - required to walk considerable distances in the facility during the course of
his/her work.
- Lifting - required to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during the
shift (Not to exceed 50 lbs)
- Pulling /Pushing - require exerting force to a certain number of pounds on a regular
basis so that the part(s)/rack(s) are moved throughout the shop.
- Reaching - regularly required to use the hands and arms to reach for objects.
- Stooping and Crouching - regularly required to bend forward by bending at the waist or
by bending legs and spine.
- Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by
touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
- Hearing: The worker is subject to loud noises: There is sufficient noise to cause the
worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level. Perceiving the nature
of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to
receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine
discriminations in sound.
- Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands,
and/or fingers.
Salary Description
$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
