EDUCATION:
Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 2 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of directly related experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience.
Educational background you highly preferred: Business Administration, Supply Chain, Material Management, Science and / or Engineering
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Supply Chain areas knowledge and/or experience
Experience in areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, Capacity Assessment & Analysis, Manufacturing industry and Project Management
Proficiency in Kinaxis - Rapid Response, SAP, Tableau, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication and presentation skills (Spanish & English)
Develop training materials to standardize planning / capacity management processes
Analyze, consolidate, and report supply plan to management, stakeholders, and customers
Develop multiple scenarios to ensure the best supply plan considering product specific demand requirements and supply constraints (i.e. raw materials, capacity, non-commercial activities, etc).
