Summary
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to two CEOs and the executive team, facilitating efficient operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle confidential information with discretion. Additionally, the Office Manager's responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing supplies and facilities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Duties: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEOs and executive team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel. Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items. Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion. Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, donors, and partners. Office Manager Duties: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including coordinating maintenance and vendor services. Support management of office budget and expense tracking, including processing invoices Implement and maintain office systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree a plus
Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and database software. Ceridian Dayforce a plus, DocuSign Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
