Client Counseling and Support: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with entrepreneurs to assess business needs, challenges, and goals. Provide personalized guidance in areas such as business planning, market research, financial management, marketing strategies, and access to resources. Entrepreneurial Training and Workshops: Develop and deliver tailored workshops, seminars, and educational programs focused on entrepreneurship. Facilitate group discussions, networking events, and peer learning opportunities to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among entrepreneurs. Resource Referral and Collaboration: Connect clients with relevant resources, services, and support networks within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of services offered. Data Collection and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes using designated tracking systems. Prepare regular reports to measure the impact and effectiveness of the programs and services offered.
