About the Role
ECBM is looking for an Account Associate to join our team! This person will report to the Director of Client Services. This person will assist team members maintain assigned clients. They will promote ongoing client loyalty through adherence to ECBM service standards. They will provide technical and processing support to clients and team members.
Responsibilities Prepare initial Renewal Survey for account management review as required for renewals.Update AMS and other agency systems with renewal information and prepare initial renewal applications for account management review.Prepare loss summaries for account management. Assist in ordering any missing loss runs.Perform system renewal needs within ECBM standards.Review certificate list with client renewal information and delete unnecessary or uncovered certificate holders.Provide binding documents, ID cards, filings, account income forms, and other required documentation.Provide surplus lines filing support.Invoice renewals.Assist with preparation of allocations, spreadsheets, dummy bills.Monitor Flood and Bond renewalsNotify other departments of client service needs or important policy conditions, including but not limited to accounting, claims, etc.Order and review policy changes on assigned clients.Provide back up to Quality Management Team for processing functions for assigned book of business. Adhere to ECBM quality and performance standards in a manner that promotes ongoing client satisfaction.Provide rating support to account managers including state fund or assigned risk programs in Workers' Compensation and Automobile.Participate in Reporter functions as designatedAssist all clients, departments or associates when required and requested to maintain firm's relationships and good standing.Coordinate policy delivery (electronic and/or paper copies) to clientsProvides back up to the front desk.Special Projects as assigned by Management. Qualifications College degree, high school diploma or equivalency required.Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.Attention to detail is required as well as the ability to process a high volume of transactions.Property Casualty Agent's License required within 12 months of starting position.
