Responsibilities: Create strategic plans for the territory that identify and develop sales opportunities. Develop positive, influential relationships with key stakeholders (Curriculum Directors, Coaches, Principals and Superintendents) across territory. Manage territory holistically with ownership over the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads through close. Take leading role with Account Managers and Renewal Account Managers to achieve territory goals. Create strong internal cross-company relationships with Product, Success, Marketing and Business Operations. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of quota-bearing enterprise sales experience preferably in the education market. Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. High Drive. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with consultative selling. Classroom teaching and K-12 Leadership and or District Level Leadership Experience. Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts
Status Full-time Location Remote This position is home-based in the Bay Area near major airport (i.e., San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, San Rafael) Physical Requirements: Periodically lifting, reaching, and moving product up to 40 lbs. Must be able to travel up to 40% - 60% of the time through a combination of domestic air travel and driving a car, including overnight stays. The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$86,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
