We are seeking an Account Support Representative to join our team!
Job Type: Remote Environment, Territory: New York and New Jersey - Ideal candidates should be located in or around Brooklyn, New York
Applicants must live within or around the roles assigned territory to be considered General AccountabilitiesThe Account Support Representative properly and efficiently performs set-up and pick-up of patient equipment as needed.
•Support the sales team of product to specific region to maximum potential.
•Conduct equipment set-ups, patient support, equipment pick-ups and cleaning within the territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
•Coordinate paperwork with sales team to maximize billing and collections."
•Contacts and visits patients to help them use the company's products and services properly.
•Handles queries about company products and services from patients.
•Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
•Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
•Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers.
•Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills
•Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Bi-lingual in one of the following languages is preferred: Spanish, Russian, Cantonese

•Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients.
