Accounting Analyst

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst responsible for maintaining financial records, entering data, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
Record daily bank entries in the general ledger and prepare daily reports.
Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Prepare and process accounting entries in the financial system for timely and accurate transaction recording.
Perform a variety of analytical tasks.
Manage collections of outstanding credits from suppliers, addressing payment issues and ensuring accurate application of credits.
Analyze and reconcile withholdings to make monthly deposits on the SURI platform.
Prepare 480 tax forms at the end of year
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Advanced computer skills: (Proficient in keyboard use, Excel-Intermediate, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Bilingual (basic: Spanish and English).
