Job Overview
As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the field of accounting.
Duties
Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks
Assist with balance sheet reconciliation
Support tax preparation activities
Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software for data entry and record keeping
Apply knowledge of financial concepts to daily tasks
Perform general ledger reconciliation
Handle debits and credits accurately
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate account reconciliation
Requirements
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
Experience with account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation is preferred
Familiarity with tax procedures is a plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Ability to understand and apply financial concepts effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in accounting tasks
Capability to perform account reconciliation efficiently
