Accounting Clerk

Job Summary
As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team with various tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and reconcile balance sheets
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Quicken, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with the team on various accounting projects
Skills
Proficiency in financial software like Xero, Quicken, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft
Strong understanding of budgeting principles
Knowledge of GAAP standards
Experience with data entry and technical accounting tasks
Familiarity with Workday is a plus
