This role will support accounting activities related to our fund, which includes industrial properties across different states. What's in it for you: Salary up to $110,000Hybrid work schedule – In-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote on Monday & Friday (may move to 4 days in-office by early next year)Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting activities for our industrial real estate investment fundConduct cash and transaction reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepanciesProduce financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filingsInvestigate and analyze accounting matters, offering recommendations to managementWork closely with the external audit team, overseeing quarterly reviews and due diligence processesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldMaster's degree preferredCPA designation preferred4-6 years of experience in public accounting or real estate investment management
