Accounts Payable & Receivable Accountant

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable functions including processing invoices, posting payments, and following up on overdue accounts
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
Accounts payable complete cycle
- Match invoices with PO
- Record invoices
- Calculate cash discounts when applicable
- Issue checks
- Mail checks
- Reconcile statements
Accounts Receivable
- Billing
- Generate customer statements
- Apply payments
- Make collection calls, if necessary
- Reports in Excel
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in financial concepts and accounting principles
- 3 years or more of experience
- Prior experience in accounts receivable
- Familiarity with payroll management processes

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
