Adfan - Operator

Description:
The Operator will be responsible for receiving alerts from the Department of Family Program related to emergencies involving child abuse, elder abuse, and/or abuse of persons with disabilities.
Regular full-time position, includes benefits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, and/or Criminal Justice
Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service and/or health-related settings
Experience with computerized systems
Orientation and commitment to customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability for 8-hour shifts, rotating 24/7 (including weekends and holidays)
