Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring professional communication at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Assist with office management duties to ensure a smooth workflow within the office.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Utilize Google Suite for creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Manage schedules and appointments, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of office software applications.
Experience with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation.
Attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining high-quality standards in all work produced.
Previous experience in clerical roles is preferred but not mandatory.
