Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office filing systems
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist
- Ability to file and computerize documents efficiently
- Proficient in calendar management
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Familiarity with clerical duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
