proactive Executive Assistant
to support our CEO in daily administrative tasks and operations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our organizational efficiency and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support:
Handle a variety of administrative tasks including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and maintaining organized records.
Meeting coordination:
Schedule and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Communication management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
Record keeping:
Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
Basic bookkeeping:
Assist with financial tasks such as processing payments, managing invoices, and preparing basic financial reports.
Office management:
Oversee office supplies, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
Support for ongoing operations:
Provide general support to the CEO and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Requirements:
Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
Some experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
