General Description
Provide excellent service experience for Private Banking clients who call and visit Popular One at Popular Center. Assist the units operations, service and sales group in administrative tasks, oversee office functions and support processes of the PO Center in Popular Center, Hato Rey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Performs administrative and operational tasks representing Private Banking.
:Provide general administrative support to the group including mailing, scanning, photocopying,among others.
:Responsible for creating purchase requisitions for the items required in the departments (ex. Office supplies). Maintain inventory of office supplies and other materials.
:
Liaison to address issues with technology and real estate matters. Create tickets in applicable systems and provide follow up.
:
Manage Salesforce Platform, create and maintain database and spreadsheet files.Also, supports in the preparation of presentations in Power Point.
:Provide support to the Centers Group Leader and Private Banking Manager in internal group activities.
:Support to manage contract Ariba process.
:Support the quality of several internal auditing processes.
:Process corporate card payments.
:Writes and sends, both in English and Spanish, letters and circulars related to the unit.
:Answer calls and visits from customers. Gives orientation by phone or personally to clients about unit services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, desirable.
Experience
One (1) year of experience and/or knowledgein administrative support roles and customer service. Banking experience desirable.
