SALO Group is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to engineering, project and grant management. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.
Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Handle communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Assist in event planning and coordination.
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
Collaborate with team members to complete special projects as needed.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Highly Proficiency with Microsoft 360(Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must
