Administrative Assistant To The Athletics Department

Kent Place School seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Athletics Department. This 12-month position supports the Director of Athletics and department personnel, manages daily office activities, communicates athletic schedules, and coordinates and organizes athletic events and activities as directed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Exceptional interpersonal skills, good judgment and attention to detail are a must. Two or more years of related experience required; college degree and prior school experience preferred.
