Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration, customer service, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparing reports.
- Assist with office management, including maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ordering office supplies, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field is not require but preferred.
- Strong background in office administration, customer service, or a related field. Preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or higher required.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
