We have an outstanding Contract to hire position for an Administrative Associate to join a leading Company located in Laurel, MD.
**US Citizenship is required.** **Work location 100% onsite in Laurel, MD*** Job Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive's calendar is up-to-date and free of conflicts. Review the ZPP Leadership Team's calendar for the week to ensure no schedule. conflicts exist, and everyone's calendar is consistently accurate for the entire month. Screen and prioritize emails. Draft, respond to, and follow up on correspondence as needed. Answer and direct phone calls. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials. Set up meeting rooms and ensure technology is functioning correctly. Create, edit, and proofread documents and reports. Manage document filing and retrieval, both physical and electronic. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked. Additional duties as assigned. Basic Hiring Criteria: Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associates Degree preferred Must have 7+ years related Administrative Assistant experience Must be highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word Must be proficient with Concur and handling travel arrangements and expenses Must have strong organization, strong ability to manage tasks, information and deadlines efficiently Must have strong Verbal and Written communication skills Juggling multiple responsibilities requires excellent time management; the ability to stay focused and meet deadlines is critical. Problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential. Taking the initiative to find solutions within the framework of proper procedures and policy is essential for success in this role. Must be able to work shift Mon - Fri 8:30am-5pm Desired Qualifications: Tech-Savvy Proficiency: Familiarity with technology tools and software helps executive assistants streamline tasks and stay efficient.
