**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistente Administrativo to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties:**
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Type and file documents as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Demonstrate computer literacy by proficiently using office software.
- Medical billing coding (Not required, but preferred).
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Manage Gmail Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
**Requirements:**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office: word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain physical and digital filing systems accurately.
- Attention to detail is crucial in this position.
- Willing to work alongside CEO and Program Director when needed.
- Competency in computer skills for various office applications.
- Able to manage some task with Social Media.
- Previous experience in event planning or project coordination is beneficial
This position offers an opportunity to grow in administrative roles, enhance organizational skills, and contribute to the efficient functioning of our office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
