Administrative Support For Us Based Sales Team

Provide Remote Support for a United States Based Selling Team of a Fortune 100 Company that conducts its business in English. .
Direct Administrative Support for the team's 3 Senior Directors
· Proactively manage calendar: managing conflicts, prioritization, etc.
· Lead coordination of meetings
· Weekly review of their agenda
· On Time & 100% Accurate completion of Expense reports and travel
Support for Overall Selling Team
· Develop and own master calendar of all team meetings, trainings, etc.
· Own trainings: Set-up, Surveys and Capturing of results
· Set-up and own total Sales Team videoconference calls (done via Webex)
· Assist in leading organizational events (e.g. holiday party)
· Own Sales Team communications Newsletters (containing all category announcements and meetings, anniversaries etc.)
· Own and maintain updated team roster and organization charts
Skills Required:
MS Excel Intermediate SKILLS REQUIRED (V Lookup/Pivot Tables) There will be an excel test as part of the interviewing process
MS Office Proficiency (Word/PowerPoint)
Experience using collaboration tools (WebEx, SharePoint)
Fully BilinguaL English/Spanish Communication skills (Both written/verbal) Note: This team is located in the United States and Conducts its business exclusively in English. Please do not apply if you are not fully bilingual. The entire interview process will take place in English.
Ability to work with virtual organizations, functions and cultures (Costa Rica/United States)
Accountability: On Time, Error Free Results, with Attention To Detail
Proactivity communicating Project status, issues and/or help needed.
Experience Required:
BA in Business Related Field
2+ Years Work Experience in Administrative Related Role, Strong Preference given to candidates with experience working with Multinational firms
Note: This Role is for a 6 month Temporary Contract. Based on the indiviudals performance, and the clients evaluation it could become a Permanent Role.
