We are a seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate APC (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Team.
The APC works alongside the Rheumatologist Attending Physician and clinical/ administrative teams to assess and treat patients with rheumatologic conditions. The APC is required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required, complete clinical assessments, order necessary tests and completed administrative tasks related to the patient, payors and third parties.
Responsibilities
Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of patient careResponsible for collaborating with Providers to diagnose and treat rheumatologic disease states.Prescribing treatments and medications as necessary and in conjunction with Attending Physician.Support Research Departments and Studies.Contribute to and participate in medical education activities, nationally and locally.Maintenance of all valid credentials, licenses and memberships.
