Join the SkinSpirit experience!Position Overview:The Aesthetic Medical Assistant will act as liaison between front office and provider for ensuring timely and orderly client flow. This role will be responsible for back-office functions including client preparation, support of health care providers and clinic operations in a manner that promotes quality client care.What You'll Do:Provide exceptional service to our clients and teamSupport our Aesthetic specialists with patient intake and treatment prep and pre and post carePrepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instrumentsManage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate suppliesAttend monthly trainings/meetingsKnowledge of medical grade skincare products and servicesAssist with other duties as assignedTravel may be required to our other locations for trainingWhat You'll Bring:High School Diploma or GEDMedical Assistant Certification or previous work experience as Medical Assistant 1+ years of customer service or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferredAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, peers and managers in a friendly and courteous mannerAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionProficient with Outlook and WordAvailability to work evenings and weekendsPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of:Standing, bending or stoopingUse of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controlsReaching with hands and armsRepeating of same movementsTalking and hearingOccasional periods of:Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancingPushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machineryPay Range: $24.00 - 30.00 per hour* *Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location and market.
