Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program. Experience in ambulatory care pharmacy. State pharmacy license in good standing. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Board certification in ambulatory care pharmacy (e.g., BCACP) preferred. Familiarity with chronic disease management and preventive care strategies.
