Analyst, Marketing Optimization

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Marketing Optimization in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field plus 6 months related experience. Prior experience must include: Analyze large scale marketing related data and guide digital marketing campaigns with insights from the analysis using SQL, R, time series modeling, regression analysis, clustering analysis and other machine learning models; Design communication plans, operation strategies and product launch solutions with limited budget using influencer marketing; Manage agent teams nationwide on merchandising events and conduct audit research on customer experience and product feedback using data visualization tools like Power BI and Excel Pivot Table; Redesign and improve payment product homepage by collaborating with design and engineer team using Adobe software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD; Design A/B test on different audience out-reach strategies to improve product engagement and new customer acquisition.
