Appointment Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant: Full Time Position

COVID precautions in practice for all employees. Facility high touch areas cleaned multiple times daily.

Essential Duties

Answer customer calls, gather cusomter info and enter into cusomter relationship platformCalendar management for sales appointments via management platformRespond quickly to internet and phone inquiries using email, text, scripts and templates per trainingProvide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesProvide clerical support to staff and managementUtilize CRM tracking system and follow department procedures

Requirements

Previous automotive experience requiredWell developed administrative skill setAbility to communicate and listen effectivelyComputer and smartphone savvyHighest level of honesty and integrityMust be able to work until 5:00pm WeekdaysMust able to work 9:00am - 5:00pm rotating Saturdays

Compensation

$20.00 per hourMonthly bonus based upon appointment volume, departmental goals, attendance and quarterly reviewAnnual Income $50,000-$75,000Health Insurance, Dental, Vision available401k employer match program

Looking for an experienced candidate to help drive our department to the next level. Will be working under the Sales Management team to ensure department goals and expectations are met on a month to month basis. Compensation will include hourly pay in addition to performance bonus pay plan.
