Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in design and the preparation of construction documents. You will play a crucial role in various projects, collaborating with clients and team members to create exceptional architectural designs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and prepare architectural designs and construction documents.
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
· Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design work; ensure accuracy and efficiency in all drawings.
· Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members in both English and Spanish.
· Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and preparation of construction documents.
· At least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and 3D modeling would be excellent.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
· Proficient in MS Office 365 and Windows Operating Systems
· Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
