We are currently seeking a highly qualified Architect in training with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team.
As an Architect in training, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge under the mentorship of experienced architects while participating in challenging and diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities: Learning and Professional Development: Work closely with senior architects to expand your technical knowledge and understanding of best practices in architectural design.
Project Involvement: Actively contribute to the design, planning, and development of architectural projects, assuming increasing responsibilities as you gain experience.
Research and Analysis: Conduct relevant research and analysis to support the development of design concepts and informed decision-making.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to integrate effective and cohesive solutions into projects.
Plan and Documentation Development: Create and modify plans, sketches, and technical documents under the guidance of senior architects.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
Presentation and Communication: Assist in preparing and presenting design proposals and projects to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools (LUMION, ENSCAPE, Sketchup, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments.

The candidate must be member of the Colegio de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de Puerto Rico (CAAPPR).
