We are currently seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced Architect for our Guaynabo Office with a strong background in design and the preparation of construction documents.
Responsibilities: •Develop and prepare architectural designs and construction documents. •Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. •Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design work; ensure accuracy and efficiency in all drawings. •Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members in both English and Spanish. •Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and preparation of construction documents. At least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and 3D modeling would be excellent.
•Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Windows Operating Systems
•Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
