Arquitecto

We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in design and the preparation of construction documents. You will play a crucial role in various projects, collaborating with clients and team members to create exceptional architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare architectural designs and construction documents.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design work; ensure accuracy and efficiency in all drawings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and preparation of construction documents.
• At least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and 3D modeling would be excellent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Windows Operating Systems
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
