We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong proofreading skills and have a background in office management and project coordination. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies and organizing files.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems to facilitate communication within the office.

- Proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy before distribution.
- Support clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and preparing documents for meetings.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
- Strong skills in proofreading, data entry, and project coordination are essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems is necessary for daily operations.

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
