Completes required permits and or certificates
Prepares and processes Veteran's Paperwork
Prepares marker monument placement paperwork
Ensures required documentation to support requested products and services are accurate and complies with state/federal regulations and company rules
Prepares and distributes daily schedules, reports, and documents
Receives and processes payments and contracts
Requisitos:
Cuarto año de escuela superior, o grado universitario en sistema de oficina preferible.
Experiencia en funciones administrativas preferible.
Conocimientos de los programas Word, Excel y Outlook preferible.
Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente.
Licencia de conducir de Puerto Rico vigente.
Capacidad de mantener la confidencialidad
Disponibilidad a trabajar fines de semana, días festivos y horarios flexibles.
