We are seeking a dynamic and organized Asistente Administrativo to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily office tasks.
Duties
- Manage office operations and administrative staff
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office activities and events
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and vendor communication
- Utilize software tools like DocuSign, Google Suite, and other office applications
- Support front desk duties and provide excellent customer service
Skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and phone systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in clerical tasks and office management
- Knowledge of DocuSign for document processing
- Ability to plan and execute office events effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite for business operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
