Job Overview
As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the office by providing administrative and clerical assistance. You will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Duties
Act as a personal assistant to management, handling correspondence and communication
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Creating Excel Tables - must know task
Knowledge of Google sheets, drive, etc
Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
Assist with phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
Perform data entry in REMPRO tasks accurately and efficiently (at least should have experience in some platforms for invoicing.
Support event planning activities and coordination
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Skills
Proficient in phone etiquette and handling front desk responsibilities
Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
Familiarity with phone systems for effective call management
Efficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail
Experience or interest in event planning coordination
Ability to manage calendars effectively for scheduling purposes
Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients and visitors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
