Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our team in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing high-quality support to various departments.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Provide clerical support, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
Oversee office management duties to maintain an organized and functional workspace.
Employ strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing and management.
Skills
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
Strong event planning capabilities with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with clerical and administrative functions in an office setting.
Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong office management skills to ensure a productive work environment.
Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain order in daily operations.
Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is beneficial.
