Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Experience with medical billing will be requested.
Duties
Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules and correspondence.
Maintain calendar management, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized effectively.
Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
Transcribe meeting notes and documents accurately for distribution.
Assist in event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with vendors.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls and inquiries.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before finalization.
Ensure a high level of computer literacy to utilize various software applications effectively.
Skills
Strong executive administrative support experience with a focus on organization and time management.
Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Proven ability in project coordination with attention to detail.
Skilled in transcribing notes accurately and efficiently.
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent applications.
Experience in event planning with an understanding of logistics management.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
