Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information as needed
- Utilize communication skills to build strong customer relationships
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support or client services is advantageous
