Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant to join our team and provide support in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in managing office operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls using phone systems
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Type and transcribe documents as needed
- Perform data entry tasks with precision
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document processing
- Maintain computer literacy to handle various software applications
- Organize and file documents for easy retrieval
- Assist in clerical duties as required
- Support in event planning activities
Skills
Proficiency in phone systems operation
Strong proofreading skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Experience in data entry tasks
Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite
Absolute confidentiality - ideally you have worked in a previous similar position
Basic accounting knowledge
University degree
Payroll knowledge – we use ADP
Knowledge of labor laws or rules
Capability to transcribe information accurately
Organizational skills for effective filing systems
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management
Basic understanding of event planning concepts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Executive administrative support: 2 years (Required)
