Company Overview An Industry Leader in all lines of insurance, our client designs and places comprehensive insurance, bonding and employee benefit programs for your personal and business needs.We are looking for Assistant Account Manager (Personal Lines Practice) Job Summary The main functions of this position are to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to providing quotes to prospective and existing customers; coordinating any issues that arise on quotes and binding insurance coverage.Responsibilities and Duties Provide administrative support to the Personal Lines Practice.Assist in the procurement and submission of insurance certificates required by the client.Perform premium collections.Process online payments.Verify cancellation notices received from: agencies, insurance and financing companies.Aids in preparation of letters, binders and general correspondence.Attach documents in client's digital file.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree, preferably in Business Administration.Prior experience preferred.Individual must possess the ability to communicate in a written and spoken manner for both in English and Spanish.Must be proficient in Computer Skills including, Outlook, Word and Excel.Provides expected service to the internal and external customer with speed, efficiency and courtesy.Powered by JazzHR
