Full Text of JOE Listing:The Entrepreneurial Management Unit of Harvard Business School seeks candidates for full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting July 2025. Applicants should be new or recent graduates with a strong record in a doctoral program.
The ideal candidates will conduct research influencing both academics and practitioners. Candidates with formal training in economics, sociology, finance, strategy, management, organization theory, psychology, as well as inter-disciplinary candidates, are encouraged to apply. Research interests should include one or more of the following: entrepreneurial leadership and organization; emerging industries and technologies; innovation; or financing ventures and growth. These positions require a commitment to case method teaching.
Applicants with a background in management, organization theory, sociology, psychology, or strategy should submit a complete job packet by 11:59 pm Tuesday, October 15, 2024. These candidates should select the job title option 'Entrepreneurship: Management, Organizations, & Strategy (MOS)' when choosing a position on the application. Applicants with a background in economics or finance should submit a complete job packet by 11:59 pm Friday, November 15, 2024.
