Associate Attorney

You will work closely with our team, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Responsibilities

•Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
•Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
•Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations
•Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice

Qualifications

•Juris Doctorate degree.
•Passed the Colorado Bar exam.
•Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
•Creative, empathetic, ethical, collaborative, independent, tech-savvy, and an excellent writer.
•Passion for family law and client empowerment.
•Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients.
