With the April 2024 U.S. approval of our first drug XOLREMDI™ (mavorixafor), we have made great progress in advancing our patient-centric mission and in evolving the company into a fully integrated pharmaceutical company. But there is so much left to do! We are continuing to explore global opportunities for mavorixafor in its first indication, while also advancing mavorixafor for people with chronic neutropenia through an ongoing pivotal, global Phase 3 clinical trial. In addition, our research team in Vienna, Austria is focusing on new drug discovery and examining the genetic causes of chronic neutropenic disorders.

Your Responsibilities: Serve as the Commercial Analytics lead with responsibility for the key functional areas of forecasting, business analytics and patient finding. Establish and maintain the analytics capabilities to support the ongoing US launch and global commercialization of mavorixafor. Provide advanced analytics in any of the following areas: forecasting, targeting, segmentation, promotion evaluation and tracking, launch support, resource allocation optimization, and ad hoc statistical analyses. Lead and develop accurate product sales and profitability projections for portfolio evaluation, licensing/M&A activities and long-range planning. Lead cross-functional initiatives to support patient finding and associated HCP identification in multiple rare indications. Be a Strategic Partner to key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Value & Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, CMC, Compliance, IT, and Senior Leadership. Be accountable for managing analytics budget and directing first-class vendors to execute projects. What You Will Bring:
Overall Bachelor's degree is required (advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in related pharmaceutical/biotech industry roles (Forecasting, Analytics, Business Insights, Marketing Science, etc...) or 3+ years of related management consulting experience. Deep understanding of the global healthcare environment with demonstrated impact in U.S. and EU preferred. Experience with rare diseases and orphan indications a preferred. Experience in immunology and/or hematology a strong plus. Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues at multiple levels of the organization across geographies. Strong written and presentation skills. Forecasting Direct experience in market, disease area and product forecasting. Proficient in a wide range of forecasting methodologies and approaches. Ability to articulate market and product understanding using techniques such as scenarios, sensitivities, waterfalls, value drivers/ risks, and financial modeling. Experience translating revenue forecasts to demand plans. Commercial Analytics Strong knowledge of large complex datasets such as claims, EMR, lab data, syndicated sales, promotional & marketing data, specialty pharmacy reported data and payer data is required. Advanced Excel modeling and experience leveraging relevant environments and tools such as snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, python, SAS, VBA, etc. Experience with AI and other advanced analytics to project the future growth and changes in the market is a plus. Working knowledge of CRM and dashboard systems (eg, Veeva, Salesforce) preferred. Patient Finding Experience with predictive analytics to support patient finding as well as enhance targeting and field effectiveness a strong plus. Understanding of various approaches and sources for patient finding especially in rare/orphan diseases a strong plus.
This position is based in Boston, MA, and offers a flexible hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days/week in the office.
