Associate Litigation Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Litigation Attorneys. The attorney will be responsible for handling legal tasks such as drafting motions, preparing for court trials, conducting depositions, and providing general legal counsel. I will provide mentoring and an opportunity to grow with the firm as well as develop practice areas the firm does not currently practice in. The firm primarily assists clients in areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and General Civil Litigation. You will have the ability to handle your own cases as well as assist on other cases with the firm. The role offers flexibility for remote work, with the primary location in Mesa, AZ.
Qualifications Experience in drafting motions and legal documentsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with co-workers and clientsAdmission to the Arizona State Bar and in good standing0-4 years experience in litigation Estimated pay includes bonus compensation.
