RedSky Technologies, an Everbridge Company, is hiring a dynamic and motivated Jr Alliance Manager to work with our Service Providers and Value-Added Resellers. RedSky Technologies is the leader in employee safety, helping customers be compliant with changes in the Federal E911 laws and keeping their Employees Safe.
As a member of our dynamic sales team, you will actively seek out and recruit new service providers to gain interest in providing RedSky solutions for their customers. You will work closely with senior members of the team to learn about onboarding these new service providers, grow your existing base and engage with the regional value-added resellers to penetrate and expand our sales volume.
What you'll do:Proactively reach out to Service Provider and Value-Added Resellers to help them understand the challenges customers are facing.Ability to identify opportunities to drive E911 & Employee Safety solutions.Develop relationships, communicate RedSky business propositions to partners and customers at executive levels.Develop and execute business plans with partners driving all aspects (enablement, demand generation events, marketing and business review) of relationships to maximize growth opportunities.Serve as the main point of contact for incoming channel leads, answer questions, provide overview, make partners aware of our OEM agreements as to what's included, what are the add-ons and any additional information the partner may need on RedSky products and services.Align Partner opportunities to the proper RedSky Regional Sales Directors. Track pipeline and opportunities to ensure sales are moving through the funnel. Uses partner check-ins to track opportunities.Deliver webinars and lunch-n-learn events for partner sales and tech teams to develop their E911 sales skills.Participate in regional partner events.Drive and deliver external presentations for partner demand generation events to educate customers of Kari's Law and Ray Baum Act to demonstrate how RedSky can help them keep their employees safe.Attend conferences, meetings, and industry networking events to build a database of potential partners and customers.Ability to identify new partners and help them grow their RedSky opportunities.What you'll bring:Minimum 1+ years in sales and channels roles with a knowledge of the Telephony market.Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships and work across boundaries to drive success.Work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.Strong ability to present information verbally and in written communications.Ability to learn new technology quickly.Experience with Salesforce to track activities in our CRM.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to travel 35% to Partner and Industry events.The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
